WHY
We all have our independent lives, passions and creative careers. Being part of a collective allows for the 'bat signal' to shine whenever the opportunity for each creative to flex their power presents itself, while also affording autonomy to 'not be on the clock' when there is no work needed. This allows clients to pay for the creative they are using, and not an array of overheads and salaries that usually get covered in the bill. It's a win-win situation.
